Robert Blair Campbell (?-1862) was a South Carolina and Alabama state representative, diplomat, soldier, and commissioner, born in South Carolina. Campbell was engaged in agricultural pursuits and was commissioned captain in the South Carolina Militia in 1814. He served in the South Carolina state senate, 1821-1823, as a Jackson Republican in the 18th U.S. Congress (1823–1825), and again in the South Carolina state senate, 1830-1834.
